Is Signalix trading advice?
No. Every alert is descriptive: it tells you a pattern formed. What you do with that information is your decision and your risk.
How fast are the alerts?
Sub-second from candle close to detection. Telegram delivery typically lands within 1–3 seconds. Free tier is intentionally delayed 30 minutes.
What markets do you cover?
Crypto (BTC, ETH, SOL), gold (XAU/USD), and forex (EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY). More pairs land in V2.
Can I pay in IDR?
Yes. International accounts can pay with global crypto or credit card. Indonesian accounts can pay with QRIS, bank transfer, virtual account, or e-wallet.
Is there a trial?
No trial. New accounts land on the Free tier immediately. Upgrade any time, cancel any time. Pro and Elite both billable monthly or yearly.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then and won't be charged again.
Do you store my trade history?
We don't have access to your trades. Signalix is a one-way notification service. Pattern detection and chart delivery only.
How is the strength score calculated?
Each detector defines its own 1–5 score from observable factors: zone freshness, divergence depth, volume confirmation, HTF alignment. It measures pattern completeness, NOT win rate.
