Refund Policy

Effective date: June 7, 2026.

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to Signalix (the "Service"), operated by Signalix, at https://signalix.id. Please read it before subscribing.

1. All sales are final

Because we offer a free tier that lets you evaluate the Service before paying, payments for subscription periods are non-refundable. Once a billing period has begun, the fee for that period is not refundable, whether or not you use the Service during that period.

We encourage you to use the free tier to confirm that Signalix meets your needs before subscribing to a paid plan.

2. Cancel anytime, stop future billing

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops all future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which you will not be charged again. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a period.

3. Cryptocurrency payments

Payments made in cryptocurrency (e.g., via NowPayments) are non-refundable in all cases, due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.

4. Exceptional circumstances

At our sole discretion, we may issue a refund in limited cases such as:

  • A duplicate or accidental charge; or
  • A verified technical failure on our side that prevented you from accessing the Service for a substantial part of a paid period and that we were unable to resolve.

Requests for exceptional refunds must be sent to halo@signalix.id within 14 days of the charge, with relevant details.

5. Payments processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record)

International card payments are processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. For those transactions, Paddle is the seller of record, and Paddle's buyer terms and refund/chargeback procedures may also apply and, in the case of disputes or chargebacks, may take precedence over this Policy. This is outside our control.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence (for example, statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights for consumers in the EU/UK). Where such rights apply, they prevail over the terms above to the extent required by law.
