Terms of Service

Effective date: June 7, 2026.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Signalix (the "Service"), operated by Signalix ("Signalix", "we", "us", or "our"), available at https://signalix.id. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Signalix is, and what it is not

Signalix is an educational and informational market-signal alert service. We detect and notify you of technical conditions and patterns in publicly available market data across supported pairs and timeframes.

Signalix does not provide financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. Specifically, and without limitation:

  • Our alerts are descriptive and educational only. They describe market conditions that have occurred or are occurring.
  • We never provide entry prices, stop-loss levels, take-profit targets, position sizing, or any recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or enter any trade or position.
  • We are not a licensed broker, investment adviser, financial adviser, or portfolio manager, and nothing in the Service should be construed as a solicitation or recommendation to engage in any transaction.
  • Alerts may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or missed entirely due to data, technical, or third-party factors.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. Any decision you make based on, or after viewing, information from the Service is made solely by you and at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and their outcomes. You should consult a licensed professional before making any financial decision.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a binding contract. The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you, including any restrictions on the use of market-data or trading-related services in your country.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at halo@signalix.id of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Plans. The Service is offered on free and paid tiers as described on our pricing page. Features, limits, and prices for each tier are set out there and may change as described in Section 11.
  • Payment processors. Paid subscriptions are processed by our third-party payment providers, including Paddle (acting as Merchant of Record for international card payments), Xendit (for IDR payments), and NowPayments (for cryptocurrency payments, where offered). Your purchase may also be subject to the applicable provider's own terms.
  • Auto-renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge your payment method on each renewal.
  • Free tier. The free tier is free of charge and does not require a payment method. You are charged only if and when you actively upgrade to a paid plan and provide payment details at checkout.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
  • Taxes. Prices may exclude applicable taxes (e.g., VAT/GST), which may be added by the payment provider at checkout.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit alerts or other Service output except where expressly permitted by your plan (for example, redistribution via webhooks where your plan includes that feature);
  • Share your account or distribute alerts to non-subscribers in a manner that circumvents our pricing;
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to extract our detection logic, source code, or underlying data;
  • Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.

6. Third-party delivery channels

The Service may deliver alerts through third-party platforms such as Telegram, Discord, Slack, email, and webhooks. We are not responsible for the availability, reliability, or delivery delays of these third-party platforms, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, detection logic, design, branding, and content (excluding your own data), is owned by Signalix and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and no warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ALERTS WILL BE ACCURATE, TIMELY, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNALIX AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signalix and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your trading or investment decisions, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service, plans, features, or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or via the Service). Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7 to 10) will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of the Republic of Indonesia will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
