Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 7, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how Signalix ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Signalix (the "Service") at https://signalix.id. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information. When you register, we collect your email address and any profile details you provide.
- Delivery information. To deliver alerts, we collect and store the identifiers for your chosen delivery channels, for example your Telegram chat ID or username, and any Discord, Slack, or generic webhook URLs you configure.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by our third-party providers (see Section 4). We do not collect or store your full card or banking details. We receive limited transaction information such as your subscription tier, billing status, and partial payment metadata needed to manage your subscription.
- Usage and technical information. We collect data generated through your use of the Service, such as alert preferences, watchlists and rules you create, log data, IP address, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use essential cookies to operate the Service (for example, to keep you logged in) and may use limited analytics cookies to understand usage. See Section 6.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service and deliver your alerts;
- Process subscriptions, billing, and renewals through our payment providers;
- Communicate with you about your account, security, and service updates;
- Improve and secure the Service, detect abuse, and troubleshoot problems;
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal bases (where applicable)
Where data-protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we process your data on the bases of: performance of our contract with you (providing the Service), our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Service), your consent (for non-essential cookies or optional communications), and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Payment providers
Subscriptions are processed by:
- Paddle: acting as Merchant of Record for international card payments;
- Xendit: for IDR payments;
- NowPayments: for cryptocurrency payments, where offered.
These providers process your payment data under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
5. Third parties and data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers that help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, analytics), under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
- Delivery platforms you choose (Telegram, Discord, Slack, email, webhook endpoints), to the extent necessary to deliver alerts you have requested;
- Authorities or third parties where required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
6. Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the Service to function. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential (e.g., analytics) cookies, and you can decline them. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account closure, we retain data only as long as necessary for legitimate business purposes (such as billing records and legal compliance), after which it is deleted or anonymized.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
We and our providers may process and store your information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at halo@signalix.id. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
11. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, where changes are material, provide additional notice.
